With a basement, the classic villa measures 10,363 ft² (963 m²), the chamfer 10,394 ft² (966 m²) and the contemporary 10,311 ft² (958 m²). These are total areas, terraces and carport included.
What is the payment plan?
The payment plan is 80/20 with no interest: 10% on booking, seven instalments of 10% during construction and 20% on completion. Your instalment dates are set when you book. Handover is planned for Q2 2029.
